My name is Elena Granara-Moser. I was born in 2006 in Vienna, the city where I currently live. My father is Austrian and my mother Italian, so I am fortunate to grow up speaking two languages.
My mum told me that I liked music, especially Mozart, since when I was a baby and I am grateful to my parents who regularly took me to the classical concerts for kids where I discovered my passion for music. I also like to paint and read as well as enjoy acrobatic gymnastics.
When I was five, I started to learn to play a classical guitar and two years later I took my first piano lesson at my local elementary school.
From September 2017 I study with Ula Sharif at the Musikschule Spielstatt in Vienna.
In July 2018 I participated in the Feurich International Piano Competition in the special category Contemporary Music, Elena Cobb Star Prize. It was a wonderful experience and I was delighted to receive the 1st prize and very much looking forward to my performance at the Elena Cobb Star Prize Festival at the wonderful Royal Albert Hall in London.
